ANSWERS:
- Is it safe to jump or dive into the pool from the ladder or any type of platform?
No. Under no circumstances should anyone jump or dive into the pool. Intex does not distribute any pools that are deep enough to allow such activity. Serious injury or death could result from failure to follow these rules.
- Is there another brand of ladder that can be used?
Yes, check with your local pool supply store. However, the following ladders were designed specifically for Intex pools.
One-Section Ladders:
30" Ladder #58909, use ID #18909E if ordering on-line.
36" Ladder #58910, use ID #18910E if ordering on-line.
42" Ladder #58907, use ID #18907E if ordering on-line.
48" Ladder #58906, use ID #18906 if ordering on-line.

Two-Section Ladders:

- Does a ladder come with the pool?
It depends on what package is purchased. If the package you've purchased does not include a ladder this item can be purchased on-line at www.intexstore.com and clicking "Intex Replacement Parts and Accessories", or you can call Intex Consumer Service at (800) 234-6839 to locate a retailer near you.
- How much weight does a ladder support?
All Intex ladder 30", 36", 42", 48" and 52" can withstand up to 300 lbs per rung. (Or Step).
- Which ladder should be used for Easy Set pools?
The 36" ladder should be used for the 30" and 36" height Easy Set Pools.
The 42" ladder should be used for the 42" height Easy Set Pool.
The 48" ladder should be used for the 48" height Easy Set Pool.
The 52" ladder should be used for the 52" height Easy Set Pool.
- Which ladder should be used for Frame Pools?
The 30" ladder should be used for the 30" height Frame Pool.
The 36" ladder should be used for the 36" height Frame Pool.
