Return Policy For products purchased from www.intexstore.com, Intex maintains that each product is free of defects in workmanship and materials or you may return the item for replacement or full purchase price refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. This does not apply to Intex Krystal Clear Filter Pumps as a one year written manufacturers warranty is included in the owners manual. (See Owners Manual). Conditions Merchandise must be received in it's original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply if product is used, abused or not in resaleable condition. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Shipping cost for returned merchandise that is not damaged or defective is not refundable under any circumstances.
